Warburg Pincus and PAI Partners circle airline services company

US private equity giant Warburg Pincus and Paris-based buyout firm PAI Partners have made bids for the Chequers Capital-backed airline services company Accelya.

The first round bids for the Barcelona-based company came in last week, according to people familiar with the matter. The auction is being run by BNP Paribas and Evercore, the people added.
