Warner Music to review bids this week

About 10 bidders including a joint venture managed by buyout firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts have made offers for the music group

The board of Warner Music Group is set to review second-round bids for the company at a meeting this week, Reuters news agency reported Sunday on its website, citing an unnamed source familiar with the matter.

As many as 10 investors have made bids with valuations from $2.8bn to just over $3bn on an enterprise value basis, the report cited the source as saying.
