US-based Watson Wyatt has bought out its Dutch partner after a seven-year alliance between the two companies, in a further step towards consolidating its sister companies.

Watson Wyatt in the US bought out its UK sister company, with which it had a long running alliance in August 2005. The acquisition ended the partnership structure of the UK business.
