The former head of consultant relations outside the US at Goldman Sachs Asset Management has returned to investment consulting at Watson Wyatt to work on sustainability issues, amid a rapid conversion by the financial services sector to "green" business principles.

Paul Richards has joined Watson Wyatt as a senior investment consultant and will be working to help pension fund clients identify investment ideas along environmental, social and governance lines.
