Wellington Partners, the German technology venture capital firm, has successfully exited Fotango, the online photofinishing and photo management service, selling the business to Canon for an undisclosed sum.

No financial details of the transaction or Fotango's business were available thanks to the draconian commercial secrecy required by Canon, the imaging products and solutions company, in its battle with Kodak, its main competitor in the digital imaging market.
