Wells Fargo has hiked pay for junior dealmakers for the second time in 12 months, joining Wall Street rivals with $110,000 starting salaries.

The US investment bank has increased salaries for analysts within the unit again, having initially hiked pay in August last year, according to people familiar with the matter.
