Wells Fargo to offer ABS administration in Europe

Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services, a division of the banking subsidiaries of Wells Fargo & Co, has set up a new company in London to offer a range of services to issuers and arrangers of structured debt securities in Europe.

Wells Fargo Securitisation Services, which will be run by Ian Hancock, will provide portfolio and bond administration, as well as advanced investor reporting services, to issuers and arrangers of structured transactions.
