Private equity group Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe has recruited an operations specialist from General Electric Healthcare as a senior operating executive.

Anthony Ecock joins the firm after working for the past three years as a general manager within the enterprise clients group of GE's $15bn (€11.4bn) healthcare unit. He also was a partner at strategic consulting firm Bain & Company earlier in his career.
