WestLB has recruited Simon Wilkinson from Citigroup/Schroder Salomon Smith Barney as head of secondary loan sales and distribution in London.

Wilkinson, who was previously head of secondary loan sales at Citigroup/SSSB until he left in the final quarter of last year, will be responsible for loan portfolio sales at WestLB. He will also look at the secondary loan market with a view to making purchases for the bank's portfolio.
