WeWork, the office company backed by Soft Bank’s Vision Fund, has leased the former headquarters of insurer Prudential, adding to a rapidly growing portfolio of London properties.

The company has struck a deal to lease 1 Waterhouse Square, known as Holborn Bars, from M&G Real Estate, according to a statement from the fund manager.
