Here’s a top question for boardroom execs: ‘What’s the worst thing you’ve ever done?’

Senior executives should be asked about ethics in their private lives, and not just about their financial acumen

Senior executives vying for jobs and promotions should be required to divulge information about their private lives in a drive to improve ethics in the boardroom.

That’s according to Dambisa Moyo, a former Barclays board member and Goldman Sachs economist.
