William Winters, 38, is a managing director of Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, the principal banking arm of JP Morgan & Co.

As the head of global markets, based in London, Winters is responsible for JP Morgan's activities in sales, trading and research of cash and derivative products across debt, currency and equity asset classes.
