Wit Capital, the online investment bank, has poached two from Commerzbank to bolster its research.

Alan Howard has been appointed director responsible for online content and media research. At Commerzbank he covered pan-European small and mid-cap media stocks, primarily on Frankfurt's Neur Markt. Prior to that he was co-head of German small cap equity research for the Europe Company, a tech focused research house.
