A former assistant to Seth Tobias, the late founder of $300m (â¬203m) hedge fund Circle T Partners, has passed a lie detector test in which he accused Tobias' widow of drugging her husband with sleeping pills in the latest development in a police investigation.
Seth Tobias was discovered floating face down in his pool by his wife Filomena, who called police from their home near Palm Beach, Florida, in September. Police have been investigating the case because of the circumstances surrounding his death.
