Peter Wuffli, previously chief executive officer of UBS Asset Management, is replacing Luqman Arnold, as president of UBS after only eight months, due to a "number of differences of opinion".
Arnold was promoted to president of the group executive board when Marcel Ospel became chairman of Switzerland's largest bank.
