An entire terrace of London townhouses situated next to Regent's Park in central London is up for grabs for £185m – putting it on track to become the second-most expensive property to ever be sold in the UK.

Real estate investment group Zenprop has decided to sell the Grade 1 Listed building to an individual rather than another developer after acquiring the property from International Student House just four years ago.
