Nick Adams has joined his former JP Morgan Asset Management colleagues Mark Stanley and Emma Douglas at Zurich Scudder Investments.

Adams will work as a product manager in the defined contribution (dc) pension scheme market, reporting to Stanley and Douglas. Specifically, he will develop Zurich Scudder's recently launched dc pensions service. In dc pensions the members bear the risk that the value of their investments might fall, in contrast with defined benefit pensions, where the sponsoring company guarantees the value of the members' pensions.
