KKR has struck a deal to buy London-based post-trade services provider OSTTRA from S&P Global and CME Group for $3.1bn.

OSTTRA’s owners have agreed to sell the foreign exchange and derivatives markets solutions business to the private equity firm, S&P and CME said in a statement.
